- Responsibility for permits, related trades, commissioning and handover
Measure access and storage needs
Share internal storage requirements, panel dimensions, door location and delivery-route measurements. Identify the intended condenser location and any existing equipment to remove. Ask who will handle penetrations, drainage, electrical work and temperature verification at handover.
Before work is arranged
Confirm equipment compatibility, service location, scheduling, assessment costs and written scope directly. Any monitoring arrangement, warranty or follow-up responsibility must be agreed explicitly.
