The form collects your name, phone, email, optional company, service address or ZIP, selected service and urgency, and issue description. These details are sent by authenticated SMTP to office@38-degrees.com to handle the enquiry. The website code does not store enquiry text in a database or send marketing emails.

Technical data & security

The form uses a temporary session cookie for request protection. An IP-derived hash and submission timestamps are held in private server files to limit abuse. These security records expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next form request; a site-wide counter also limits traffic. Hosting and email providers process technical and message data. Hostinger may keep server logs including IP addresses and request details; its logging settings and retention must be confirmed.

External services

This package includes no analytics, advertising trackers, embedded maps or external fonts. Following a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Email and phone links open your chosen application.
