What to prepare
- Equipment dimensions and delivery-route measurements
- Available electrical supply, drainage and ventilation details
- Proposed location, equipment model and desired installation date
- Responsibility for permits, related trades, commissioning and handover
Coordinate water, drainage and clearance
Share the model, planned production needs, bin or dispenser arrangement and available water supply. Measure access and manufacturer-required clearances. Confirm filtration, drain routing and any air-gap requirements with the responsible installer, plus cleaning and handover arrangements.
Before work is arranged
Confirm equipment compatibility, service location, scheduling, assessment costs and written scope directly. Any monitoring arrangement, warranty or follow-up responsibility must be agreed explicitly.
